Bounce at Hopla, the trampoline park in Sheffield

A boy in a white shirt mid-jump, arms and legs thrown wide, laughing
Open 7 days
Ages 3 to 93

Sixty-two linked trampolines, a foam pit the size of a swimming pool and a ninja wall that starts easy and ends rude, all inside an old Sheffield steel shed.

Pull on our red grip socks, pick a session and find out how long you can stay up there. Late nights on Fridays and Saturdays.

Bounce first, think later

From the toddler corner to the slam-dunk lanes, everything at Hopla is padded, coached and built for that bit where your stomach is still on the ground and the rest of you isn't.

One roof, six ways off the ground

Every zone has its own coach, its own rules and its own kind of noise. Your wristband moves you between them for as long as your session lasts.

  1. Rows of black trampolines framed by blue and orange padding in an indoor hall

    Free Jump Arena

Forty linked beds and angled walls you can run up. The main hall, the loudest room, the one everybody starts in.

    All ages
  2. A long foam pit full of blue blocks beside an obstacle wall

    Foam Pit

Nine thousand foam blocks, deep enough to swallow a grown-up. Practise the flip here first; nobody is watching, honestly.

    Ages 6+
  3. A man crouched mid-bounce in front of a blue wall of numbered light-up targets

    Target Wall

A wall of light-up targets. Hit them mid-bounce before they go dark; the scoreboard remembers your name.

    Ages 7+
  4. A woman in a red top climbing a steep metal obstacle

    Ninja Wall

Twelve obstacles, one stopwatch and a padded floor for when your grip gives up. The fastest times go on the league table.

    Ages 8+
  5. A player flying towards the hoop with the ball raised for a dunk

    Slam Lanes

Three trampoline runways that end at hoops of three heights. Everyone dunks here, even the shortest person in your group.

    Ages 6+
  6. A toddler sitting on a trampoline playing with two small balls

    Little Hops

A quieter corner of small beds, soft walls and slow music, kept for the under-fives and the grown-ups holding their hands.

The best bit is the middle

Every jump has a moment when you have stopped going up and haven't started coming down. We built a whole shed around that moment.

One shed, five crowds

The same trampolines feel different at half nine in the morning and half nine at night. Pick the crowd that suits you; the day runs from top to bottom.

  1. A small boy peeking out from a pile of big red, yellow, blue and green soft blocks

    Weekdays · 9:30 to 12:00

    Little Hops

Toddler mornings with small beds, bubbles and a slower song list. One grown-up jumps free with every child under five.

Asked a lot

Still stuck? Call us on 0114 000 0000; somebody on the desk will know.

Do I need to book?

Booking online is the only way to be sure of a slot, especially at weekends and in school holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when there is space.

How old do you have to be?

Little Hops is for under-fives with a grown-up. Open Jump suits ages five and up, Glow Night is 13 and up, and grown-ups can jump at any session.

Do grown-ups have to jump?

No. Spectators are free and the Landing café looks right over the main arena. Children under eight need a grown-up in the building.

What should we wear?

Comfortable clothes without zips, buckles or belts, plus our grip socks. Take off jewellery and empty your pockets into a free locker.

Is there a waiver?

Yes. Every jumper needs one, signed by a parent or carer if they are under 18. It takes two minutes online and lasts a year.

Can we bring our own food?

Only birthday cakes. The Landing serves hot food, snacks and drinks all day, and can cater for most allergies if you ask at the counter.

Is Hopla accessible?

There is step-free access to the café, the toilets and two of the courts, a quiet hour every Sunday at nine and free entry for carers.

Where do we park?

Forty free spaces in Furnace Yard, and the Shalesmoor tram stop is a two-minute walk away.
